I Hate Feeling Like This

My emotions have seriously been EVERYWHERE today -- happy, sad, frustrated, angry, distracted. . . It's been a mess. At least tomorrow marks the start of the weekend. More sleep should help with all of this, I think. That and finally starting a certain biological process. . .

Anyway, I'm really in no mood to actually share anything at the moment, and I've got stuff I need to catch up on anyway, so later all, g'night.

So Tundra had won a Gold in Water and I threw Rooty into Plant.

The Spring will hatch tomorrow morning and still no luck with the Diamond. I did, however, break down and build the Metal Shrine. I also paired Helen with Tundra in an attempt to get the Blue Fire but no luck yet. Blue Fire's the longest breeding time (12 hours) for Fire+Iceberg unless you count the Motley (13 hours). Is it me or can you mix anything with anything and possibly get a Motley? Well, rumor has it it'll only be around 'til the 15th.

I'm stuck 'til about 2 with the fails I have. I've leveled up my Ice and Mine to 14 thus far. I think I'll try for the Glare dragon again once Helen and Tundra are done. I'm also like a quarter of the way to level 30.

So far so good -- helps that both my buses this morning arrived at their respective destinations right on time. This NEVER happens. Maybe it's trying to make up for the monster traffic I hit going home yesterday that made me be a half-hour late getting to my final stop.

I got a Silver in Water from Gautama and Biff's currently proving his mettle in Plant. I also sped things up with Kairos yesterday to get some extra food and money and to get my Spring attempts pair to hurry up with a Scorch. (I'm pairing Snowflame with my Hail and Storm dragons, for the record).

No luck with the Diamond either, but the fails do sell well. I could probably build some more shrines myself -- I've passed the 100 mill mark in dragoncash. :P Which actually makes me a candidate for the Seventh Island too, but let's hold off on that for a while. I'd rather get my current islands arranged to my liking. Might make that my weekend project.

Yes, I think the Motley can occur with ANY pairing of dragons -- and I believe the reason why is because it's the April Fool's dragon. The extreme randomness makes sense by that logic. :P

I'm inching my way up to Level 31 -- and the Giant Water Habitat, I believe. That'll be fun. :)

I also broke down and bought the Storage Tower for the goal reward (I just bought a bush and shoved it in there, lol). I also got the Hibernation Cave and the Fountain of Youth even though I'm probably not going to use them (although Blitzen was so cute as a baby I'm kind of tempted to use it on him, lol). And the Light Dragon boost. I'm bad when I have money. :p As you said, at least Diamond fails sell well and I can always profit breed for a while for now.

I'll hold off on the Dark Dragon Boost (the last non-gem building available) until I a) buy a Dark dragon but I won't be doing that until I can b) buy the Seventh Island so that I can c) get them away from the Light Boost.

LOL -- I'll do that eventually, but I have to find the space for it first. I'll probably shove some of my massive flag collection in there. Same with those two -- eventually I'll probably put some of my duplicate dragons to "sleep" in the Cave. Again, issue is knowing where to put them. . .

Hehe --I'm a saver by nature, so it's easy for me to avoid temptation. Though like I said, I'll probably be building the shrines soon. And yeah -- hooray for decent-selling fails!

Yeah, that's exactly how I'm handling Dark dragons, with the exception of the separate island. They'll live with the Lightning dragons eventually.
