Iceberry Collection Commencing!

And I was smart and had pumpermelons going this morning, figuring the event would start this afternoon, so no missing out on food berries. :) The official title of the event is Season of Goodies, and it offers a couple of twists on your standard "do these to collect the thing, then turn in the thing for prizes" fare:

-->There's more ways to earn iceberries, including free berries when you collect gifts from friends (they come attached to the gem), and a sort of "Where's Waldo" periodically with your guests! You see, Sandaklos, the wizard of the event, likes to come in and wander around the park, and if you find and tap him, well, enjoy six extra iceberries! Good way to have people actually pay attention to the guests! (We have themed ones again too -- yetis, snowmen, penguin families, elves with presents. . .very cute)

-->There's way more gifts to get, including a new theme (Wonderland, winter-based), new dragon with corresponding pedestals and habitat (Snowflake), a new building that I think allows you to give treats to friends?, and a new thing that will allow you to give out more gems. We'll have to wait and see precisely what those latter ones do.

Still digging the background, and loving the music that comes with it. Also awesome -- it coincides with Bring Em Back! I'll need to start working on some of those dragons I won't be able to get any other time of the year! Should probably do Light Rift and Dark Rift to finish off the opposites island. . .also, I'm going to go ahead and get a Water theme so I can have islands themed around each season, since we've had events for each season and all the stuff from each (give or take some) seem to have ended up on a certain island. . .

But that's for the future. Right now I've got some comments to wrap up, then a bed to get to. One more day, then the weekend, and Christmas week! w0000~
