Rushed Thursday
Dec. 21st, 2016 11:15 pmHad a LOT of stuff to catch up on and answer on tumblr, so highlights from my day:
-->Gave out the aprons Mom made for everybody; coworkers were all thrilled with them
-->Got presents from coworkers -- a cute ball ornament with a polar bear on it; shower gel, a bathing puff, and body butter from Body Works; fancy soap and a knitted soap holder (that you can use as a scrubby or just to keep the soap in); a Christmas tree sponge and snowflake washcloth; a snowman jar and candy dish, both made to look like the snowmen are knitted (very cute); and candy
-->Potluck lunch -- had some ham, some broccoli salad, some lasagna, and some blueberry pie. Delicious and very filling -- and there was more than enough in leftovers, so we'll be having more of the same tomorrow!
-->Wrote two more gift fics -- just one to go! And then I can post Chapter 8 of "Remembering You" and get to work on Chapter 9!
-->tumblr updates included seeing this fic pop up on my dash. I haven't had time to give it a proper read yet, but the quick skim I took looks great :D
-->One of my friends made the Liddells in her Sims 4 game. . .and Arthur, Lorina, and Lizzie have all died in a fire. Granted, this time it was a cooking fire from grilled cheese sandwiches Lizzie was making, but WHAT THE HELL. *facepalm* Also Nell is good friends with Dolores Umbridge and Donald Trump. Because why not.
Okay, I gotta post my "bookmark" posts of the day, and then hit the sheets. One last day of work! Hopefully it won't go by too slowly. . . Night all!
