TV Tropes Thanksgiving

Though I never actually looked at the Thanksgiving page, come to think of it. . . But yeah, lot of time spent browsing that (and the Not Always sites by proxy, because I spent a lot of time on that page). I should feel guilty, but I don't, because it's a holiday and I should be allowed some time to fuck around. Besides, I just finished a massive RP reply dump, so I'm not totally off my game.

The funny thing is, we didn't really do anything Thanksgiving-related today -- while Mom made lunch and dinner, neither was a feast. Reason -- she had to work. So we're doing the semi-traditional "trying something new on Thanksgiving" business tomorrow, when she has the day off. Thai food this year -- hope it's good! *fingers crossed*

So yeah, really nothing for me to report at the nonce. We'll see if tomorrow is any better. (Well, actually, it kind of has to be; I'm doing a story update. So w00.) Time to go back to keeping up on things -- later!

I've hit 53 and I got the Lodestone. It should hatch tomorrow.

I've also upgraded all the Treat Farms to the Grands even though I probably won't spend the outrageous amounts of DC to make the new ones. I did once for Kraken Kabbages right before I used Kairos to speed them up, but that was it.

I believe that's it on the DV front.

On a semi-related note, we rented How to Train Your Dragon 2 the other night so Mom could see it and Antoinette says to me, "Those are like the dragons on your phone!" meaning not DragonVale but the Rise of Berk game I told you about a while back. :p

I'm almost to level 54 -- there's just a fraction of the bar to go -- and I've got a Dream incubating in the nursery that should hatch on Sunday. I also recently got an Ouroboros, so I'm feeling good about dragons. Currently working on the Lodestone as well as the Seasonal.

I've only upgraded one Treat Farm so far -- or, rather, I sold a treat farm and bought the new Grand kind so I wouldn't take as much of a price hit. I haven't done much with the new treats either -- those prices are MENTAL. Only for those with DC to burn.
