Into the Deluded Depths

Yup, went through Tundraful and into the Depths, up to about Barrelbottom. Again, amazed by the beautiful scenery. Have I mentioned lately how much I love Tundraful's sky? Because it's FUCKING BEAUTIFUL. And it's even better in the first Radula Room, where it's paired up with that tiny bit of surviving Vale. :D It's just -- made of gorgeous. The only thing that beats it is Cardbridge. And Cardbridge with Tundraful's sky would be just -- made of squee. MADE OF SQUEE.

However, I am bound and determined to mention odd things I've noticed to you lot, so let's have three:
-->First, an old one that I forgot to point out when I got to the first big Madcap fight in Hatter's Domain -- you know, the one where you first get battle music? After defeating the first wave of Madcaps, I saw one hanging out on top of a bit of scenery. I tried targeting him, but I don't think I could hurt him. I'm not sure if he was a glitch or just the representation of one of the Madcaps that spawned in in wave two. He was gone after I killed all of that lot.

-->Next, I was looking around Tundraful after the slide and the Radula Room, and I saw this weird-ass thing in the sky. I walked around to try and get a better look -- it looked like part of a spine, with a chunk that looked a bit like a walrus wielding a safety pin. (If that makes any sense.) I had no idea what it was while I was playing, but thinking about it now, I think I was seeing some sort of structure for the slide without the slide itself. Fish bones are present in some small way in the first slide. . . Still, weird.

-->There's only 15 memories in Chapter 2. Who knew the number would be so low? Fingers crossed I get them all!

Anyway, other great accomplishment of the day: I've fixed Chapter 18 and "Card Castles!" *insert Hallelujah Chorus here* I had Alan order a pot from the hotel's tearoom and send it up, with Victoria deciding to stand by the day to wait for the tray because she's feeling awkward. So yeah, that WILL be ready to go by the end of the week. I just want to give them both another pass-through to make sure they're in tip-top shape -- largely because I want to post them at the same time. I made you all wait, you deserve a double update. :)

Other than that, not much else to say. Vacuumed and dusted earlier, mailed some stuff for Dad, and now I intend to warm up some lasagna and eat my dinner. And make my muffins too. Have a good night everyone!
