Happy Birthday Ael!

Well, as happy as it can get -- really hope you feel better soon. :(

I have fic for you, maybe that'll help?

“You never told me my older self was an asshole!”
Ael blinked before looking over at Clark. The young man was scowling at her, looking quite annoyed. “That’s because he’s not,” she said slowly. “You’re Superman, remember? The one some people call the big boy scout?”
“Not according to some of the old comics,” Clark replied. “Apparently I really like to screw with the lives of Jimmy Olsen and Lois Lane.” He smirked a little. “Not that confusing the hell out of Lois doesn’t sound at least a little funny. . . .”
“I still don’t know what you’re talking about. Unless you mean that memory-erasing kiss idiocy from Superman II, but I don’t remember you ever doing that to Jimmy.”
“No, not that – though that is another kind of jerk move on my part. I’m talking about making Jimmy live in an unheated, run-down apartment, or dressing up as a supervillain just to scare Lois. Or setting myself up as some kind of king of the world – unless Jor-El got to me. Though I don’t think he’d approve of the hat.”
“. . .You’re really going to have to tell me where you saw all this craziness.”
“Better yet, I can show you. Somebody online told me I should check it out. It’s got some of that looney stuff Marty told me about too, like me as ‘Superbaby.’” Clark took over the mouse and keyboard and typed in the address. “You see? I mean, look at the name of the site no less!”
Ael groaned. “Oh. . .when I find out who sent you to SuperDickery. . . .”

I wanted to do something Smallville/Superman related, since Clark is the primary headvoice these days, and since SuperDickery used to be one of my favorite sites (though I haven't been on in a while -- apparently it has a virus problem these days. -.-). . . . If Marty knows anything weird about Superman, it came from there. I can only imagine Clark staring at the screen, going, "WTF???" (And yes, there really was a cover where Superman apparently became king of the world. And wore an awesome pope-style hat.)

Pope Superman's hat was bitchin'! :D Thank you for writing this for me!

Also I am sorry to hear that Superdickery has a virus problem. I haven't been there in ages either but that wasn't why. :/

It was! :D And I'm glad you liked it!

Yeah, the last time I went there, I kept getting all sorts of weird pop-ups, and then I heard about the virus thing. . . I don't know what the status is these days, but I avoid it just to be on the safe side. (Which is a real shame, since, you know, it's funny.)
