Things You Find On IMDb

Under "Factual Errors" for Corpse Bride:
"When Victor practices his vows in the woods, there is no priest present to legalize the vows. Furthermore, only the Corpse Bride says "I do", whereas Victor never does."

. . .really?

REALLY??

I -- I just can't even. Someone seriously submitted this.

Really?!?

*facepalm* She thought it was a PROPOSAL, not an actual marriage ceremony, so there didn't need to be a godamn priest present (unless Victor and Emily or Victor and Victoria wanted to slice his throat and bake him into a meat pie. But that's a different story for a different day). Seriously, some people should pay more attention to the movie. -.-"

Priest is good, it's too good at least. Then again, they don't commit sins of the flesh, so it's pretty fresh. Awful lot of fat, but only where it sat. Not as hearty as bishop, perhaps, but then again not as bland as curate either. And good for business, too -- always leaves you wanting more. Trouble is, we only get it on Sundays.

Y'know the movie poster with Johnny Depp's big head above Sweeney sitting in the chair? When we lived on base, I used to have that poster hanging on the wall and it creeped out my husband because if you sat in the right position on the couch, Sweeney's eyes stared right.at.you. I always had to close the door to that room while my husband was sitting watching TV in the living room.

We don't live there anymore and said poster has relocated to a box, but I still find it funny. :p

Ah, really? That sounds so amazing and creepy at the same time. I've seen a fair few posters where it looks like the character of whatever film/show/ect. looks like they're staring into your soul. Take the Orphan poster for once (though surprisingly, the actress playing the girl was very pretty in the actual movie, imo). Lucky I never bought the poster. My mother would have taken it down in a millisecond because it would probably have creeped her out. And they did manage to make her look very creepy on the poster. XD

My, someone's in a Sweeney mood as of late. :p If you can find them, you can.
