I Promised EVL Yesterday. . .
So yeah, let's meet the newest member of the family.
Friday

Gaze upon this scene of domestic tranquility.

Now gaze upon this shrieking pregnant woman as she goes into labor in the middle of preparing fried chicken.

One spin later -- it's a girl! This is Nell Liddell. I just love EVL's face here -- if only I'd caught his thought bubble there heart-farting. That would have been perfect. XD

Huh -- Tom seems more excited than EVL. (This is just EVL trying to get into a better position to greet the little one, actually.)

Tom finishes off the friend chicken for Felicia, but manages to burn it. Silly robot.

Felicia gets in on the gardening action, because without any skills for her to build anymore all I have is badges.

Same with Tom, whose efforts net him a Bronze Gardening badge. Soon this family will be a bunch of gardening dynamos! Also, apple and lemon harvest! We get 8 apples and 12 lemons, all Mouthwatering.

EVL, of course, is still the best, with his ability to talk plants well into the thriving range.

After chattering at the plants, EVL stops by his shop and makes a few upgrades. Basically, I made it a lot bigger, added a second bathroom and a special robot workstation room, and upgraded the lights and suchlike. Eventually we'll have more shelves and more robots to sell.

EVL's upgrades seem to be attracting the over-60s set today.

Dude, get out of the robot workstation. That's for employees only, and you're screwing up EVL's ability to handle his customers efficiently.

Despite hiccups like that, though, EVL's day is a success, and he quickly sells out of merchandise. Of course, now he's got to build up a lot MORE merchandise so his shop won't look so empty. . .

That can wait until later, though. Instead, let's have a close-up of Nell. She looks like her sister so far -- that is, she takes after Daddy. We'll see what happens when she toddlerizes.

Back at home, EVL does some more conventional gardening. Three plots of flowers end up dying anyway -- I'm terrible at keeping them alive. Maybe I should switch solely to shrubs.

Then it's time for Daddy to change a diaper since Mommy gets a fear of it every time she has a kid. Seriously, Felicia, YOU'RE the one with Family as her primary Aspiration.

At least Daddy doesn't mind.

Lorina comes home with a friend -- Oliver Reiner. They make real friends over chess.

While EVL uses magic to clear up some annoying leaf piles. I gotta get him some more reagents soon, though -- he's practically out.

That massive influx of aspiration points is a sign Tom's fulfilled a big want -- earn $100,000. Cripes, Tom.

But he is not too jaded by wealth not to tuck Nell in for a nap.

EVL makes some orangeade, a magical juice that gives you random badge points!

. . .Very random badge points. Seriously, isn't that the FLOWER-ARRANGING badge?

More harvesting! Both the cucumbers and the pole beans are ready to be picked. We get 7 of the former and 9 of the latter -- again, all Mouthwatering. Yum. Into the juicer they go, since that's convenient and they can be pulled out later if need be.

Felicia, meanwhile, has developed a toy-making bug, so I have her make a Sir Bricks-A-Lot.

There's also more gardening to do -- notice that some of the red poppies have been replaced by blue ones.

EVL's having a nap, so it's up to Tom to change the little one's diaper.

Aww, how adorable. :D

And our current installment ends with Tom deciding to greet the Leader of the Pack --

And immediately regretting it. Damn werewolves.
So yeah -- just one more kid to go! George or Lorraine!
-M: Hey, I thought it was gonna be Marty or Jennifer?-
Changed my mind -- I seem to have a "parents of the mains" theme going here. Marty or Jennifer can be in generation 3. Need to raise up this kid from a baby first anyway.
