Ahhh -- yeah, I hear you on that. Back when I was playing that version of the game, I'd start on a house or something for fun, and realize that it was just too small for everything I wanted to throw on it. Which often led to the opposite problem of choosing a lot that was too BIG and then just building on one tiny corner. . .I am not good at space. :P I hope your clinic ends up just the way you like it!
