Well unless they're starting it late, there's no Double this weekend. And they released their usual last-minute BS, the Surprise Dragon, and it costs 5995 Roses (the Pedestal is 395).
Now, the way I figure it, the only way of gathering enough Roses to get the Dragons is if you can still collect them on Monday. If one can cheese the system and manage to breed some of them, well then that's less Roses you need to spend.
The Facebook comments are saying that the Surprise is breedable with any 4 elements. Pepper x Mountain, Hail x Dodo, Mirage x Blue Fire are some examples.
Since the Christmas event officially ended on a Tuesday, I'm hoping that this one does, too. Otherwise I will be very perturbed.
Incidentally, I saw on your tumblr that you're 5'4". You're an inch taller than me. :/ Though you're the same height as Michael J. Fox.
