crossover_chick: gif with Doc and Marty trying to get out of being written into twisted AUs (Default)

I used some of Doc's Reward points to buy the gang a money tree. Every extra simoleon counts, and 40 simoleons a day for some watering counts plenty!
-M: Man, I wish those things were real!-
You're not the only one. George got a slacker job on Tuesday, and I got a chance card for him. He was caddying for a famous rich Sim (Landgraab) and got asked for his opinion with clubs. I apparently got the right choice, as George got a 50 simoleon tip.
-M: Hey, cool. How's my life going?-
You're currently a C+ student. Doc helped you learn to study, so now you can get homework done quicker. Funny thing, I think Doc likes to "brag" about teaching Marty to study -- the topic keeps coming up when he chats to Sims. Anyway, I'm having a little trouble keeping your social and fun up -- I think I need to get to work on your best friendship with Doc.
-D: Precisely.-
Good thing, though, you're all friends already. And Marty wants to be best buds with his dad too. Doc and George have got a solid relationship as well, forged over the chess table. Thursday Doc got a job too. Unfortunately, I didn't think of the consequences of him being an elder. He's stuck in a three-level elder track. *sigh* I switched George over to the science job too, just so Doc can get his Career Reward to play with.
-VD: Basically you're using George to get something I want.-
Yup. I don't think George will be complaining, though -- he's a knowledge sim, he'll love a science job. His whole life is dedicated to building skills. Well that and his son Marty being an "overachiever." *is puzzled* It's a power want he has, and I'm not sure what the heck it means.
-M: Well, at least he cares about me.-
:) We also had another oddly named Sim stop by. Doc chatted with her, but dismissed her when she stole the simoleons off the money tree. George managed to clog up the toilet, which is probably a good thing -- it let him grab the cleaning skill point he needed for the science job. The household is running fairly smoothly, all in all. I need to get Doc and Marty cooking points, though. Tomorrow I'll probably make the girls in Create-A-Sim, if not move them in. I also want to give the Lloyd family some landscaping -- the Brown family has trees, so they should have some too. :)
I've also updated Back to the Vampire with the Sims 2 pictures -- they're on It's My Sims.
