Clayton House Time

crossover_chickAs usual, popping over to Strangetown. We started out early Saturday, with Clara studying cooking. I finally sent her to bed, so Jennifer was the first one up. She made everybody toaster pastries. Lorraine was up next -- I had her invite George over, and he brought Pollination Tech along. Jennifer was feeling lonely, so I had her chat up PT while Lorraine fulfilled a bunch of George wants. After they left, Jennifer called up J.C. to strengthen the friendship. Later, once Lorraine went to work, she had Marty over to kiss and cuddle. Doc also called Clara about that time. Clara ended up making candies in a bid to get that final cooking point. *laugh* She kept randomly stuffing the candy in her mouth instead of the box.
-D: Hey, you have your own free candy machine. What would you do?-
I wouldn't even bother putting them in the boxes. :p Anyway, Jennifer stayed up all night on Sunday, as I had had her use the energizer after Marty left. She finished her latest painting and sold it for 587 simoleons. This apparently makes it a masterpiece, and she got a memory identifying it as such.
-J: Cool!-
-M: You go Jennifer! Now let me sell one.-
I'll work on it when I go back to your house. I also decided Jennifer should earn some body points -- she worked out enough to become fit as well. After a bath, I decided Jennifer should pick up some groceries. Clara bathed and collected money from the tree while Jennifer headed off to 88 Road to Nowhere. After grabbing the groceries, Jennifer decided to chat with the game store clerk, Allison. Turns out her last name is Fuchs -- I decided she'd have to be Edward's "sister." Abijeet was also there, Jennifer exchanged some banter with him. After hitting the bathroom, Jennifer decided to head home. (Aside: Doc happened to walk by while Jennifer was getting on the taxi. Abijeet chased after him, gave him a tickle and told him a joke. I thought that was cute.)
At home, Clara made omlettes while Jennifer set down the groceries and headed for bed. Clara put them away after breakfast. I put her back to studying, and she did get her final skill-point while Lorraine was in the bathroom. Now Clara has three maxed skills! I'll have to wait until Tuesday to get her a promotion though. She also worked out and is just this side of fit. I'll work on that later. Jennifer got up late, had chili con carne and cookies, and called up her pal Eddie. They finally became proper friends on the phone. Clara and Jennifer also reasserted their familial bonds before Clara went to bed. Lorraine, upon coming home, hit the piano to gain creativity points for her next promotion. She's got the next three days free, which is good for that.
Still working on Lone Pine Mall -- I just have to see about getting a better look at the mall entrance for JC Penny. Once it's done I'll upload it for all to see. :)
