Father Ted!
Feb. 12th, 2005 11:50 pmMy Dad gave my Mom an early Mother's Day present -- the DVD set of Father Ted! *boogies* I love Father Ted. Especially Dougal. :D
-OD: *somewhat puzzled* Father Ted?-

-VD2: I know about Father Ted. She decided to have that rag-tag group marry me and Josie.-
I couldn't resist, it was funny! *huggles Dougal* There's also some cool extras on the disks -- commentary by Ardal O'Hanlon (Dougal) and one of the writers, Ted and Dougal hosting Comic Relief (a charity organization that focuses on humor), Dougal doing fund-raising spots for PBS, and other neat stuff. We watched a couple of episodes and got to see some of the stuff they cut.
-VD: Interesting. Although I wish you had managed to write more today.-
I can't help it. I ended up brain-dead for a while there. I'm sorry.
-D: It's all right. We know you want to write.-
Yeah. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.
-VuM: Plus you're easily distracted.-
That too, yeah.
Anyway, I also got something for myself -- Spider-Man 2 soundtrack. :D I get to listen to nice Spidey songs now.
-AJ: Has she been this obsessed with anything since BTTF?-
-M2: I'd have to say possibly Vampires.-
-VM: *nodnod, point to vampire shelf*-
-VD: I'd have to say so as well. Her website is called "Back To The Vampire," for Newton's sake.-
-DW: Marvel does seem to have a long-lasting effect, though. After all, her one non-Doc muse is in Nightcrawler form.-
-MDC: *big grin, then pokes me* Write --

Tell me how to make "lunchOckDoc" not look 12 years old. Or "shoppingOckDoc" not look like a Matrix reject.
