IT'S A GIRL!

-Docs: *beam*-
-J: Awww, she's cute.-
That she is. Baby Sims can be so adorable. :) I actually played both the Brown and McFly houses today -- I wanted to get two things accomplished:
a) Get the baby born
b) Get Marty and Jennifer together
And I accomplished both! George and Linda were the homebodies today -- I had them earn skills and up their relationships with each other. Linda also called up Toby twice, making friends with him in the process. When Marty got home from school, I had him call over Jennifer, and after some dirty jokes and flirting, they shared their first kiss.
-AJ: *playfully nudging VultureMarty* Remember our first kiss?-
-VuM: *grin* Yup. Our third date, I gave you a quick smooch before giving you back to your father.-
-J: My Marty did the same thing. Of course, the second kiss lasted a bit longer. . . .-
*giggle* Anyway, I promptly had Marty propose to go steady, and of course Jennifer agreed.
Family Sim Jennifer is of course over the moon about all this -- now I just need to get you two properly in love.
-M: *surprised* We're still only crushes?-
Well, crushes and best friends now, but not quite in love yet. Give it a day or two.
And of course, over at the Browns, we had baby Martina. She wasn't born until early Sunday Morning though, so there are a few other events to note -- Jules has made a new kid friend named Orlando -- he wanted to invite somebody over, and I chose him. Jules is definitely a Popularity Sim. However, both he and Verne are their father's kids -- they both have recurring wants to earn a skill point. I took advantage of that and made them study cooking and mechanical. Doc and Clara did a lot of skill builing too, as well as a bunch of flirting. I also put on a much-needed addition -- an upstairs bathroom for the kids.
-VD: Oh yeah. House with four people -- DEFINITELY need two bathrooms.-
Yeah, I know. I hate to say it, but I'm not happy with that house in general. I'm starting to contemplate tearing it down and starting over again. If only because I hate multistories.
Anyway, the kids went to bed around eight, while the adults stayed up (they had napped during the day). Around 2 AM, Clara went into labor while Doc showered.
Doc was unfortunately late to the birth, so that odd expression in the first pic is him having late sympathy pains. :p
Anyway, Clara cuddled Martina for a while, then I sent her to bed so Doc could spend some time with her. Like all Sim parents, Doc knew right away when to give Martina her bottle.
Isn't that ADORABLE?

-TD: *blush as red as a traffic light*-
-H: *laugh and pat his back* What, babies scare you?-
-TD: I'm 17, it's weird seeing olderMe as a father.-
Wait until you see what happens with Emmett Von Braun. *evil laugh*
