And I Thought Today Would Be Boring

Well, it was, mostly, at the beginning -- but I had some shits-and-giggles moments this evening:
A) "Stacked" -- comedy show, though Chris Lloyd was fairly lacking throughout the episode. Meaning the episode was fairly mediocre.
B) After "Stacked," I flee upstairs while my parents change the channel (they end up watching "The Triangle" on Sci-Fi channel). I'm chatting with martyfan when Mom yells up that:
"Marty's great-great-grandfather just saved the Senator from X-Men!"
I'm somewhat puzzled and intrigued, and scurry downstairs. What do I see?
Well, the guy who played Senator Kelly in X-Men and -- some guy I've never seen before. Turns out Mom and Dad thought that whoever-it-was played Seamus McFly in Part III. Cue me explaining to them that it was Michael J. Fox, them being disbelieving, and me showing them a picture to prove my point. (They insisted the guy could have played Seamus -- I really don't think so, his face was too lean.)

-VM: Do you know if they know that Lea Thompson played Lorraine and Maggie too?-
Didn't think to ask them that -- maybe tomorrow, Mom's bringing me out to help her shop for groceries.
C) I relate this incident to martyfan and darkjediprinces. Talk then turns to other stuff. martyfan is watching Batman Begins with her brother and mentions that the movie has been spoiled for her because Bruce's Dad looks like a relative of Jonas Quinn (the Daniel Replacement in SG-1 that she detests). Cue following conversation (Engima is Ael, Anime is Kat):

Okay, now that we've opened the Vault of Perversion, I have a revison_doc update to announce. Marty and Jennifer went on another nice Dream Date, meaning they both have rose bouquets.

Although I'm considering finding pics of the inside and starting over somewhat -- push the mansion back some, put it on a foundation, stuff like that. I'd really like it to be movie-accurate (as much as possible, anyway).
