Here's To The Baines

Was the Baines's day in Hill Valley. Toby and Joey are still unemployed -- I wish a job would come up for them, darnit. Anyway, everyone got up at around six. Sally and Joey made best friends while they waited for breakfast.

Joey also called Marty and made best friends over the phone. :)

While Milton was at work, the other siblings hung out. There were plenty of studying wants, so I had Toby paint while Joey studied Mechanical and Cleaning. Joey and Sally also did some more sibling bonding.

Sally took a spin before work -- I wanted to test out that option. Apparently it means that your Sim goes out and rides around for a while. Nothing too interesting.

Milton came home with a promotion to Rookie while Sally went to work. The boys studied some more, then socialized. Joey and Milton built up their friendship (and shame on them for gossiping about Marty) while Toby called Linda.

Joey also met the passing Komei -- unfortunately I accidentally had them say goodbye almost immediately, so nothing came of the encounter. :(

More studying commenced as night fell. Sims make some great expressions at the telescope. :p (Nothing yet beats Emmett Von Braun's "kicked puppy" after being abducted by aliens though.)

Sally arrived home (at 10:04 :D) with new friend Goopy. I wanted to see what sort of chemistry she had with him, but they had a bad convo, and all my Sims were tired, so I sent him away and the Sims to bed.

-M: Why did you want to see?-
Sally's a bit of an odd Sim. I made her a neat freak (which, with her brothers, is a good thing), and she has -- interesting taste in Sim friends/lovers.
-VM: Like what?-
Well, she has a want to be friends with Biff.
-VuM: o.O?-
Yeah. And she has two bolts of chemistry with George McFly.
-M2: *headdesk* Lovely.-
Better than Doc and your mom, right?
-M: I guess, but -- damn, Aunt Sally just doesn't seem the type to lust after Dad.-
-VM: *shudder* Or Biff.-
Hence, why I'm hoping she might harbor feelings for Goopy.

-VD: Eh, it happens to all of us.-
-VD2: I know -- I hated getting the fidgets in Southdale. Couldn't do anything about them.-
