-TD: I take it Open for Business is installed?-
And working great! :D I left in my clothes and custom objects, and they were all cool. I'm gonna get my hacks updated and see if my Time Travel Career and Major are good to go and try and add them in tomorrow.
-D: Did you have fun playing?-
Hell yes. Would you believe that my game actually looks BETTER now?! Everything has shadows, there's more detail on everything, reflections aren't blurry anymore -- it's amazing!
-TD: *grin* That does sound quite amazing, yes.-
I associated a shopping district with each neighborhood -- Strangetown got Bluewater Village, while I created custom empties for both Twin Oaks Park and Hill Valley. I didn't feel like dealing with new Sim families for Twin Oaks Park (the Uni Kids are an exception, I can use them to hold the Greek House, and they're possible marriage bait), and of course Hill Valley's a totally BTTF custom hood. I also ended up playing each neighborhood for a bit:
Strangetown
I went into Bluewater Village to get my feet wet. I picked Florence DellaRosa to be my test Sim for Open For Business -- she's a solitary Knowledge Sim running a flower shop. I had her make some flowers, set stuff for sale, then opened up the business. She did pretty darn well for her first day -- I managed to get her up to rank 2 in business with successful sales. I also saw some familiar faces -- both George McFly and Henry Hardname entered the shop. Henry actually bought some plants from her:

Running the business did give her a rather big needs hit though. Must remember that for future businessSims.
Twin Oaks Park
Naturally I went and played with Emmett Von Braun -- you can read about his day in
revison_doc. He's currently working on a Robotery badge. That shouldn't be too hard, really, as he has maxed skills. So far, only one broken robot has been made.
-VD: Well, that's good.-
-VD2: Are you calling them DocBots?-
Yup. He loves his crafting station:

And before you say anything, he had a WANT to go swimming.
-D: *facepalm*-
Hill Valley
Created a new Sim for the neighborhood -- Joe Statler.

Joe will be running Statler Motors with the help of a bit of motherlode. Joe let me see some of the new stuff for guys in the clothing department. Much love for the knight stuff.
-DW: What's this plotbunny about a SimUs and SimGypsy photoshoot?-
Well, I wanted you in that knight costume, and I thought it would be cute if Gypsy dressed up a bit medievally. . . .
-D: *facepalm. Again*-
Hey, I think Gypsy would think it's romantic.
-D: It's cheesy!-
Romantic cheesy!
-VD: I hope this means an increase in productivity, now that you have your Sims back.-
*salutes* I shall do my best sir. Though I got something kinda important done -- I now have basic template Trivia pages for all of my multichapter stories that have to go up.
-OD: Hmm. That is pretty good. *tentacles chatter* But we still want fan art.-
I have an interesting little Girl Genius/Ghostbusters bunny that won't go away.
-DW: Ghostbusters AGAIN?-
Someone made a Zuul joke about Agatha! I can't help it! Better than "Girl Genius Puppet Pals" . . .
. . . Though those I might actually be able to draw.
-D: *facepalm. yet AGAIN* I swear, if you do BTTF Puppet Pals and have me do Naked Time-
-VD2: Let's not even go there.-
-Martys: *frantic nodnods*-
Back to doing some more fan fic and reading through my Prima Guide.
