Because the boys are poking me to do some "V.D." edits and other stuff, while simultaneously trying to ward off sickness. My parents have an awful bug, and though I spend most of my time in my room anyway, I've got to go downstairs every so often.
-HD: Tea! Tea heals everything!-
-TD: Holly's got her cauldron all set and ready to go, if necessary.-
-D: In the meantime, take some Vitamin C.-
Oooh, yeah, I should.
-VD: And please, do a few more edits? I know you're obsessed with Wonderland for the moment, but please do something with vampires.-
-VD2: *nodnods* I agree -- I know my story won't be edited for a while yet, so to see anything like my own canon, I have to rely on him.-
I promise I'll do a few more tonight, though I might start skipping around and doing the ones that attract me most first.
-VD: Fine, so long as they get done.-
:)
Anyway:
-->
revison_doc update from Kat and Mark. Life remains boring, though I had to play the household twice, thanks to a bad hack. Squinge's "vampires sleep forever" works a little TOO well, it seems.
-->I found the comic that got me into Alice in the first place! You see, this whole Alice obsession actually started when I read a webcomic review about a comic called
Cheshire Crossing, which featured Alice, Dorothy from
The Wizard of Oz, and Wendy from
Peter Pan. I found myself intrigued by it -- a few days later, when the archives to the review site were down and I'd forgotten the name. So I went on Wikipedia, looked, found "American McGee's Alice" instead --
-MHG: And the rest of history.-
Yup. Anyway, Cheshire Crossing's pretty good -- the comic comes out in online issues. There's two currently, go ahead and check them out.
-->Aaron's back on BTTF.com, promoting his Kubrick video and doing some BTTF "Trading Cards."
-RPD: *corporal, so able to do a spit take* What?!-
Yup. I'm proud of myself, I haven't gone and reamed him out yet for abandoning the RPG. Been TEMPTED to, but. . . .
-RPD: *muttergrumble*-
-DW: *patpat* Just think of it this way -- now you have the steadiest work of all us muses.-
-->. . . I've forgotten the last thing. So I'll go write now and see if it comes to me.
