-RPD: Well, Two Things Down:
Feb. 17th, 2007 11:09 pm-RPD: My
revison_doc update, and you posted Pretend You Don't Hear to the GG Yahoo Group.-
Yeah, which has suddenly recieved a burst of life -- *eyes TeenDoc*
-TD: *hides resurrection equipment and whistles*-
-DW: Well, it's something. Now about some actual writing or editing?-
I KNOW! There's "V.D.," "Boy Genius," "Marty In Wonderland," "Roll of the Dice," I've still got that "Siblings" fic on the back burner, there's the Drabbles88 challenges, not to mention my journal-based "From the Ashes Reborn" and "Boy Genius 2.0" and yes fanart --
IT'S TOO MUCH! AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH *runs out of the room, flailing*
-DW: O.o-
-VD2: Uh-oh.-
-VM: *nervously* Did we break our author?-
-OD: *tentacles chatter* Looks like we MAY have overloaded her a bit.-
-VM: Eesh. . . .-
-D: But what do we do? We understand it's a lot, but it still needs to get done.-
-VD: I think we just have to reassure her it's not as much as it seems. HatterDoc, you're the flavor of the month, could you get her?-
-HD: All right. *sets off in pursuit, followed by Bernie the teapot*-
-M: Hey, TeenDoc, does Bernie ever play with your clanks?-
-TD: Of course -- he and Fetch are very close.-
-D: The regular dogs aren't very fond of him. Einstein keeps growling at him. *pause* IT. It's a teapot, it doesn't have a gender.-
-TD: *grin* Give in to the madness. . . .-
-D: Be quiet.-
-HD: *returns with me in tow* Look, it really isn't that bad.-
It's project upon project!
-VD: No, not really. Look -- you said yourself that you've been getting a lot done writing-wise on "From the Ashes Reborn" and "Boy Genius" 2.0. Eight pages last week!-
-WRM: And when you write on "Marty In Wonderland," you write in big chunks!-
-TD: "Siblings" doesn't even HAVE to be done, you know. Focus on finishing "Boy Genius" first. And you've gotten brownie points from me for "Pretend You Don't Hear."-
-OD: Drabbles88 and fanart don't have set time limits, you know. We're sorry if we come off a little overly-pushy at times. *tentacles huggle*-
-VD2: Exactly. Editing's your main problem, but with a little elbow grease you can fix that. Maybe turn off the internet for an hour or so on the weekends every once in a while?-
Yeah, I should, shouldn't I? Especially since I do end up getting bored a lot. . . . *smiles* Thanks guys. Sorry for freaking out like that.
-D: *ruffles hair* Happens to the best of us. Now how about you pick a project for the night and just work on that?-
Well, I do want to work on getting "Marty In Wonderland" chapter 3 up. But Tracey never has all that many criticisms, so let's keep "V.D." as the secondary project.
-MHG: *sings* VD -- is for everybody!-
-VD: *clamps his mouth shut* There's an idea. Though I don't hold up much hope against Wonderland these days.-
Sowwy. Though when I do write for you, I can pretty much slip back into the mindset.
-VD2: That's good, then.-
-RPD: I must be the only muse without any complaints.-
Yeah, thanks. At least my Sims behaved -- one blue "loading" screen, but that was it. Must remember to talk about having the video card upgraded -- think I'll go price some before getting to work. *goes to do so*
-TD: *surprised* You really have no complaints, RPD?-
-RPD: Well, I'm as confused as she is about how we're going to handle Eureka post-Seasons. . . .-
