I Don't Know What It Is

Mild depression? Backie deficiency? Procrastination times hundredfold? Plain old tiredness?

Whatever it is, I'm sick of it, and I'm sick of feeling like I can't -- type.

I can't say I can't write. DocWolf, you know the plotbunnies are going strong. And "A Note of Madness" is coming along nicely. It's the WordPerfect that's giving me a problem. I mean, every so often I'll have a flash and something will come out, but then. . . . Ugh, I hate slumps. . . .
-TD: Well, you do have something you can do for "Boy Genius."-
Heh, yeah, the Foglios got me good with the dates. Bumping it up 10 years should be sufficient, though -- just one digit change.
-TD: Even so. What about the Gil bit?-
Probably gonna take Giester parentage out -- though I love the idea, it doesn't really jive with what's going on in the comic. Part-Skifanderian Gil seems more likely (and frankly, just as cool).
-HD: As for the rest?-
I probably just really need the vacation. I mean, the job's not so bad, but I'm pretty much worn down by this point. Even my three-day weekend time had tough days. A full week off sounds like heaven. Just two more weeks. . . .

True. :) I got a revison_doc update for you. I want to spend the rest of the night laughing at stuff on YouTube, so I'll do eurekasims tomorrow. Want to give Emmett a proper "bragging rights" entry, after all. :D

TWO silver badges -- Robotics and Gardening. My new goals for him are this: All badges up to Silver by graduation, and all skills up to seven. The girlfriend thing is giving me a pain, so maybe that can wait until he has a wishing well.

He's a last-semester Senior now -- I don't feel like running anyone new through college. It'll work out. I hope. At the very least, he's gaining a nice new harem, complete with a potential gay lover and an eldery stalker.
