A Very Merry Christmas

-HD: *sticks bows onto everyone*-
-TD: *sticks a bow onto him in retaliation*-
*degenerates into a playful wrapping-paper fight*

Yes, I now FINALLY OWN the game I've been fangirling over! :D I played a little this afternoon.

I completely suck at it. ^^;
-VD: You just need some time to get used to the controls.-
Yeah, and the camera. You see, the camera moves with the mouse and turns Alice at the same time -- problem is, I keep getting stuck in odd positions behind Alice's head or looking at the ceiling. I'm also getting used to the various move buttons. Might have to toggle a few of the controls.
-VD2: I'm a little surprised the minimates are still in the packaging, sort of.-
Eh, they're in there kind of firmly. I'm sure I'll get it, though. I have to take my Minimates/Kubricks "fight to the death" picture, ya know. :p
-VD2: *shakes head goodnaturedly* Our fanauthor, folks.-
Hey, now, didn't I get you a nice present?-
-OD: *tentacles squeal* We can't argue with you there.-
-DW: Where on earth did you get a replica of the Clock from the Clock Tower?-
I, uh, kinda borrowed a DeLorean and had the guy who made the original make me a copy.
-D: Well, it's very, very nice!-
-TD: *nodnods* We're going to put it at the top of the house later.-

-VD: *laugh* We can accomodate.-
-RPD: How'd you boys like the amplifier replica?-

Yes, it's a "recreate favorite props" Christmas here. Though they all got smaller presents too.
-MF: Yeah, great soupbones.-
-RPD: *chuckle* I like my ectoplasm meter. Though I really like your new corebook -- now you can finish up the profiles and give me something to do!-

Sweet. Though I dunno if I'll take today off -- like you said, I have profiles to finish. Though I might take another break and give Alice another try.
-WHM: And hopefully not fall prey to toxic water?-
Yeeah, I think it's time to hit a Walkthrough. Or see if I can access the manual the CD installed with the game. (Mom and Dad got it from a speciality place.)
