crossover_chick: gif with Doc and Marty trying to get out of being written into twisted AUs (Default)

What Your Shamrock Says About You

You are balanced, nurturing, and sympathetic. You understand people and love to help them.

At times, you get too involved with what's going on in other people's lives. It's hard to remove yourself.

You consider yourself a lucky person. Luck always seems to be on your side.

You are stylish, in a classic sort of way. You are particular about how you like things.

That's -- er -- sort of me, but not really. Might be better if they asked questions instead of just having you pick a shamrock. . . .
-Martys: *proudly wear buttons stating, "Kiss Me, I'm Irish"*-
-Jennifers: *oblige*-
-HD: I'm German -- does that count for anything?-
Probably not. Oktoberfest is all about drinking I hear.
-HD: Bah. *sulkily sips tea*-
-RPD: Any luck with Sims today?-
Free Time is still refusing to install. It stopped at the exact same point as yesterday -- 54% complete, doing file TSData\Control\control1.dat. I tried a manual install using directions from [livejournal.com profile] thesims2, but that didn't work either. [livejournal.com profile] martyfan thinks I should exchange it. Guess it's another trip to Best Buy. *sigh*
-D: I'm surprised you haven't thrown the game out the window.-
I've been tempted. Blame it on my love of planning parties for the little freaks. I'm on a wedding kick lately.
-DW: That would explain the surge of "Reno Runaways" plotbunnies.-
-MF: And the latest drabbles88.-
Heh, yeah. I did play some more Alice -- I'm now in Machinations. Just gotta get through the final room of gears. The level makes me kinda dizzy, but at least it's relatively easy. You can't fall to your death, and there's no enemies. I guess it's a sort of a breather level. I mean, after this, you get to face the Jabberwock yet again. *expects to die a LOT*
-RPD: You can do it, Victoria. Just a little further, and you've beat the game!-
Yup! We shall celebrant with crumpets. Or whatever's on hand that we can call crumpets.
-MHG: You don't know what one is, do you?-
I know it's fun to say . . . .
-VD: Anyway, get any writing done?-
Finished "Cinder-Marty!" At last. Also poked slightly at "What Lies Within."
-VD2: You really need to do more than just poke "slightly" at it.-
I know, I know. Must schedule a Trilogy revamp.
-OD: It shouldn't be that hard. You're in the mood.-
Yeah, but you know me. Procrastinator extraordinaire.
-OD: That is true.-
-TD: And there's also the issue of your taxes. Glad Baron Wulfenbach doesn't demand much of those.-
No kidding. I got TurboTax this year -- no more annoyances, I hope. Keep your fingers crossed that works out correctly.
-RPD: And installs.-
Eesh, yeah.
Thing that is keeping me sane this week: "Enchanted" comes out tomorrow on DVD. I shall buy it for myself as an Easter present and watch it happily. :D
