I've got a case of the twitches and I don't know why. Life's pretty good at the moment. Work's the same as usual, I've got minimates coming out (and if I decide it's worth the cost, a flux capacitor), and I'm planning a trip to Providence Place over Memorial Day weekend. And the writing's going fine.
-OD: How's "There's Always Tomorrow?"-
Completed another chapter today on that. I'm up to two pages this week on that and three on "Forward to the Past."
-D: *nods* Not bad.-

-VD2: What about your other projects?-
-VD: Other project, you mean. She's barely looked at "V.D." since she started "From the Ashes Reborn."-
*blush* Sorry, it's just where my brain is at the moment.
-DW: *mutters* No prizes for guessing why.-
-VD: I hope you're getting a lot done on it at least.-
Uh, yeah, I am actually. I just started Chapter 5 yesterday.
-VD2: *blinkblink* Chapter 5? Weren't you starting Chapter 4 on Sunday?-
Yup.
-VD2: . . . When the hell did you become THAT productive?-
I don't know! I'm just POWERING through this story for the most part!
-D: *suspicious* I think we should ask our Phoenix-possessed self to meet us at the Inkwell, so we can ask him if he's 'helping' any.-
-TD: And if so, find out his rates to help US.-
*snort* I'm game. Productivity can be fun.

Anyway, the only other thing of note is that it's been a week, and there has been no contact from the Rift Mods. Ael suggested giving them a poke the other day, but -- well, frankly, it feels futile. This post makes it pretty clear I'm not getting in. Changeling is even mentioned in the comments. So why bother? I've deleted the character sheets and put

beyondtherift out of my mind for the most part. I can't really follow the plot much now anyway.
