Yeah, withpockets made a post that I felt I could finally engage her in. I picked her for an awkward romance, after all -- she and Doc have gotta meet sometime.
-RPM: That generally helps, yeah.-
-D: Do you think his affection will be requited?-
Who knows? Just gotta run with it and see. Either way, should be interesting.
Real life kinda sucks at the moment (hate hate HATE my customers), so let's focus on fictional life. The boys are doing fine -- practically living in the pool these past few days.
-TD: It's been in the 90s all week! We're entitled!-
Yeah, fair enough. I don't know what the people on the radio are smoking when they say 80s -- it's damn hot out. Anyway, the Martys are happy with their presents, and RolePlayMarty is adapting quickly to life here.
-RPM: Well, it does kinda help that we had the radios first, so I could catch up on everything.-
-RPD: *hugs me* Thank you again for bringing him in.-
*hugs back* Not a problem, sweetie. After that rejection for RiftMarty, I figured I could at least give you yours.
-RPD: It's much appreciated.-
Oh, and Victor quite likes his new cartoon mallet.
-TTV: *playfully stalks DocWolf with it*-

-DW: *laugh* You know, I've yet to see you hit anyone with it.-
-TTV: Haven't quite worked up the nerve. Give me a few days with my or Victoria's mother, though.-

-OD: *tentacles buzz* He's definitely one of us now, Vic.-
Yeah, I noticed. XD He seems happier, though.
-VD: How's your fanfiction coming?-
Ahh, some nice updates on that. I actually finished "Forward to the Past" on Marty's birthday -- one and a half page epilogue. I'm working solely on "There's Always Tomorrow" now -- gotten up to three pages on that.
-OD: *tentacles* We approve.-
I also wrote some more on "From the Ashes Reborn" --

-- and did some editing on "The Gift and the Curse," chapter 7. I'm also experiencing a surge of reinterest in "What Lies Within," oddly. Maybe I should try rewriting "The Abominable Doc Brown" first.
-HD: *winces* Must you?-
Fraid so. Sorry, but angst is my main output. And it does need a rewrite.
-TD: Can you finish off "Boy Genius" first?-
Yeah, probably be a good idea. I need to get some of this backlog out into the world.
-DW: Start small and post that drabbles88 you've got.-
Heh, maybe tomorrow or Friday. Wanna give it that one last look-over.
Okay, off to do more stuff with clockwork_doc. He's been busy lately -- meeting Aubrey's Skid and getting ready to tech it up for time travel, greeting a newcomer in the Rift, slowly meeting the Doctor (we seem to be able to only do one post at a time with each other per day), and talking with Zel after his nightmare (yeah, that one's still going on a bit). I need to organize all these threads, I nearly forgot a couple yesterday.
-RPD: Heh, well, they're all in the memories, right?-
Yeah, at least there's that. Though I think I need more categories or tags. . . .
