*Has That Twitchy Feeling Again*
Oct. 16th, 2008 09:47 pmSorry for not updating yesterday, I just got caught up in other stuff. It happens.
-D: Plus she felt she didn't have much to say again.-
Also true. Don't really have much to say today either, really. Clockwork's gotten himself a Halloween costume via his Twitter, but not much is happening RP-wise. Though about throwing him at an Overflow post, but he's not cooperating about it. Hmph.
-RPD: I think he's rather caught up in finally getting to build his flux capacitor.-
Heh, well, even still. I like playing him.
-RPD: Give him a little time. Besides, the weekend is better for you to play anyway.-
Good point.
In writing news, I'm proceeding nicely with "Cinder-Marty," and got my three pages on "There's Always Tomorrow." Up to the modified train sequence!
-OD: *Jules* Won't that lose some of its tension because of us? She has plans, kid, trust me.-
I do indeed. Also managing to do some work on "When Worlds Collide" -- yeah, I'm planning on officially doing more of that for NaNoWriMo, but I'm in the middle of the OckDoc chapter, and I'd like to finish that before starting on the next 50,000 words.
-TD: *hopeful* Am I after him?-
I think you are, actually. *checks* Hmm. Says actually "A Note of Madness" is next, but I think I prefer "Boy Genius," THEN that.
-TD: *beam* Either works for me.-
-VDM: Better get some tea ready for the Narbonics, Hatter.-
-HD: On it! *gets out fresh teapots*-
LOL, they wouldn't be coming until November!
-HD: Never hurts to be prepared!-
-DW: You have the strangest plotbunnies about that story. Though you really need to settle on a climax.-
I know, but making ones up is more fun.
-VD: How goes "Alice?"-
I'm up to "Labyrthine Revenge." Specifically, I'm somewhere in the middle. Fighting a lot of deadly crap. I've discovered that jackbombs are very useful, especially with the flamethrower mode. Snarks, however, suck.
-M2: Even the regular ones?-
They're disturbingly hard to hit! Assholes. Luckily we've pretty much seen the last of them.
Aaand, that's about it, I think. We're going out for more costume parts tomorrow. Mom wants to make a jetpack. :p
-VD2: . . . Really?-
Not a REAL one.
-VD2: . . . You're sure?-
*rolls eyes* You guys need a new project.
-TD: I like jetpacks!-
Oh boy. . . .
