Welcome to the Festival!
Sep. 5th, 2009 10:04 pmThough, again, my quote comes from before that:
Doc: All right, Marty -- once more, let's go over the entire plan and layout. I apologize for the crudity of this model --
Marty: *cutting him off* Yeah, I know, Doc. It's not to scale.
*Doc gives him a look*
-VD2: Hey, having proper scale models is important in science!-
I dunno, you seem to get along pretty well without them.
-D: . . . What happened at the clocktower and with the train was "pretty well?!"-
Well, the disasters that happened weren't the fault of the models!
-D: Fair enough.-
Anyway, watched Part III with animated anecdotes today. Fun stuff, as usual. :) Also watched Dr. Horrible over dinner with the parents. The FBI warning notice turns into an ELE warning notice -- it went by too fast for me to properly read it, but still -- fun stuff! :D My only complaint so far is that, for some reason, the DVD doesn't "turn off," so to speak, when I press the stop button. All of my other DVDs will exit the title screen and go back to the screen that pops up when you first insert/eject the DVD when I do that. Have no idea what's different about Dr. Horrible.
-VDM: Must be an evil mad scientist thing.-
Heh, maybe. I'll be watching the special features tomorrow. Looking forward to Commentary: The Musical. :D
-TTV: All right, I have to know -- how many times did she think of me as Dr. Horrible while watching the DVD?-
-DW: Four or five.-
-TTV: That's less than I thought.-
-MF: It's kind of a short production.-
:p We'll see what happens with the special features tomorrow. Right now, though, I want to see if I can beat these rough drabbles88 ideas into submission.
