Must Come Up With Content
Oct. 16th, 2009 11:52 pmActually, just thought of a couple of things I could mention:
-->We're off to the fabric store tomorrow, to see about working out my Halloween costume. The "dead bride" dress may end up being homemade, yes. Hopefully it'll be fun and not boring. I'm looking forward to getting all dressed up this year.
-VD: Halloween's in two weeks, isn't it? Great Scott, we have to figure out our own costumes.-
-DW: The problem is, we're running out of themes.-
-TD: Actually, I had an idea. . . *pulls other Docs aside*-
-->Getting close to the end on my American McGee's Alice playthrough. Beat the Jabberwock today -- tough battle. I have to say, the boss fights where the boss can strafe around you and you have to keep running away are the toughest. You either a)watch the boss and get stuck on something because you can't see where you're going, or b) watch where you're going and get hit by an attack by a boss who's closer than you think.
-HD: Not to mention the Jabberwock, to put it crudely, hits like a truck.-
Tell me about it. What's really annoying is that I killed him just as he killed me TWICE. Thankfully, third time was the charm. Bastard. Now we just have to get down that incredibly dangerous path. Save that for tomorrow.
-->Have made edits to my new story, "By the Riverside." I'll see about posting it somewhere visible tomorrow, see how everyone likes it. It's an American McGee's Alice/Corpse Bride crossover, if you're wondering.
And now -- I dunno. Maybe I'll wander over to the NaNoWriMo site, haven't been in a few days.
