Things Which Needed Doing
Apr. 11th, 2011 11:07 pmWell, my state taxes are all printed up -- I'll sign and mail them off tomorrow, and that's that taken care of. That still leaves all my college stuff to do, though -- I have readings, and a couple of tests coming up. Though I can't say I'm too worried about that, I've been doing well so far. . . . But now I've got to register for my fall classes, and it seems everything I need or want either takes place way early or way late! I know for a fact I won't be able to force myself up as early as some classes want, and staying at night isn't an option!
-VD2: *patpat* Relax -- you'll figure something out, all right? It's not the end of the world.-
I know, I know, and I'm sure I'll get it together. I've actually got three classes already -- another history class, another psychology class (developmental psych -- what can I say, I really liked that chapter in our book, and it actually kinda interests me) and an art class. I was looking for a science or math class, since I need those credits, but everything's conflicting with everything else. . . . I'm just trying to find something that doesn't require me to a) take the very first bus up there or b) makes it near impossible to have lunch.
-D: Don't make yourself sick over it. There's still time.-
I know. I'm trying not to get too stressed out, but me having my period means I'm already a little overemotional.
Anyway, that's what most of my day was spent with. That and working out and looking up some more Alice stuff. What can I say, I'm an addict. I did throw Victor and Doc into a couple of Nexus threads, and I'm contemplating one for Alice. Marty will also probably be doing a post, and I need to get Steve & Gary out there at some point. Of course, I've still got some month left for all of that.
-RPD: Don't you also have an extra day off this week?-
Yeah, there's a professional day of some sort for the teachers this Friday -- they do workshops, so we don't have class. It's supposed to be mostly sunny and decent temperatures, so I'm actually planning on keeping my usual schedule and going up to the mall.
-TD: *nodnod* A hour at Dave & Buster's and some Ben & Jerry's should help keep your sanity. What there is of it.-
Heh, one can only hope. We'll see how things go -- God knows if the weather will actually stay as predicted. (Then again, even if I miss out on the mall, that just means an extra day to sleep in. . . .)
