Poking Around The Net Just Got Weirder

I downloaded Firefox 4.0 today, not thinking there would be any problems. One redesign later that eliminated the lower status bar and put all the tabs on top, I realized that Firefox had turned stupid, design-wise. Fortunately it was pretty easy to fix the worst of it, and I've got my LJ Login back where it needs to be (and thank God that still works), so I'll live with the other changes.

Not too much else to report -- made some good progress on my history paper, got through Hatter's levels in Alice, got my charloft prompts done for Lucy and Butterfly Boy (though the latter was a bit tricky -- it was a "playlist for Mom" prompt, and the only song I associate with Nell is "Material Girl." BBV wanted to do something that would actually appeal to Nell, but I have no idea what her taste in music is, and he really doesn't either, so we ended up writing about that. Though I did post "Material Girl" too, since in the most literal way it does fit her), and talked to AL over in Alice's birthday party post about Let's Plays and evil writers. Couple that with fantastic weather, and it's been a pretty good Saturday. :)
