Bioshocky?

A friend on tumblr and I are doing an AU thread with Victor and her character, Alia, as Bioshock characters (him as a Big Daddy-type, her as a Little Sister), and I find myself getting intrigued by this franchise. It's kinda neat, seeing the plasmids and suchlike. And at least vaguely steampunky, although I think the time period's a bit too late for it to be "proper" steampunk. (Dieselpunk? I dunno.) Maybe I should look up some stuff on YouTube. . .

(Yes, I am willing to investigate things just because Helloween has Let's Played them. And come on, his LP of Alan Wake introduced me to the awesomeness that is Poets of the Fall. :D)
