And the last of the Backie days is upon us. :( Today Marty and Doc arrive at the drive-in, with the DeLorean all fixed up and ready to roll. Marty is given a silly outfit, various jokes ("Clint Eastwood" and the Indians not even being there) are set up, the hoverboard is pulled out so it won't come as a total shock when we see it again during the climax of Part III, and Doc and Marty have a final friendshippy moment. And then it's off to the races, and off to the past, bring the whole thing full-circle.
In other news, NaNo:
NaNo Progress: 32,885/50,000
The gang's going to kill some giants. I hope to have the lot murdered before I hit the 50,000 mark, so I can at least have the satisfaction of knocking off another chapter.
It was a long day at school -- managed to get through it well enough, though. Was very gratifying to hear everyone in Creative Writing liked my story for the class. :) Now I just hope I can repeat this for Monday. . .
Also, I do believe I'm gonna go into town tomorrow and see Wreck-It Ralph. I've heard good things about it, and I kind of want to go and get out of the house for fun purposes. Also, I think it's a better idea to see a movie before Thanksgiving rather than after it. I do have homework to do, but I can take that with me for the bus ride.
