crossover_chick: gif with Doc and Marty trying to get out of being written into twisted AUs (Default)
And from what little I saw -- that movie is INDEED just as horrible as I've heard it is. And SCARY to boot -- I mean, GAH. Bad CGI can be really, really creepy.
-TTV: *STEAMING*-
Oh yeah, and he's pissed.
-TTV: HOW DARE THEY DEFILE MY FAVORITE MOVIE THAT WAY-
*patpat* They don't really defile the original. Nothing could defile the funny awesome of the original.
-TTV: THEN HOW DARE THEY FOLLOW IT UP WITH THAT-
I know. >.< The effects were WORSE in this one than in the original! And the story was stupider, and -- just everything was awful. Good thing we had the Critic to help us through it.
-TTV: *will be sending him a fruit basket*-
Yes, he needs it, poor bastard. I swear, if you don't want to give him a hug after this one. . .

In other news, Saturn is coming/is already here a bit, and I don't like it. >.< Even if we're in the area not expected to get all that much snow, at least at first. High winds and bad weather? For the love of Pete, I do NOT want to lose the internet again! I've had quite enough of this. "In like a lion, out like a lamb" had better hold freaking true for this March.

So this entry isn't pure negativity, some good things:
-->I've gotten a good suggestion on how to fix my "I'm skipping way too much of the Hatter's chapter" problem in Chapter 5 of "Forgetting You," which I will start implementing tomorrow
-->I've also edited and made a bunch of chapters in "Finding You" better, which makes me happy
-->I got a link to what promises to be an interesting review of a certain creepy Alice adaptation
-->Next week is Spring Break, so I just have to get through tomorrow and I don't have to worry about school for a whole week (and if I'm lucky, Wednesday's forecast will stay decent so I can get to the mall)

And now, I need to check on if I have replies lurking anywhere -- later!
