Tomorrow Marks Two Days of Home Alone

Parents are going to Martha's Vineyard -- employer-funded vacation for Mom. :) I don't have any particular big plans, but it'll be nice to have the place to myself nonetheless.

Other things of note -- got the ad for mallowhallow up in app_this_plz, so that's good. :) We'll see if it draws in anybody. Been a bit more of an iffy day creativity-wise, though I got some tags done and worked on my magic system a bit more. So that's something. FF.net's turned into a real pain in the ass, though -- the PM system is eating the last word in a sentence if there's punctuation next to it. Me and my conversational companion have had to resort to putting unnecessary spaces at the ends of our sentences. There is also mysterious italicization in her story -- seriously, glitchiness everywhere. According to their front page, this may be the result of a data center move and/or hardware failure, but still. Doesn't make me inclined to upload Chapter 17 anytime soon!

Oh, and the guy who did the about 2 hour A:MR speedrun recently uploaded a new, improved time -- 1 hour, 48 minutes, 47 seconds! Some awesome jumping and skipping in this one -- he managed to skip all of March's section and trigger the end-of-level lever WITH MARCH STILL IN THE AREA! XD And he skipped a huge chunk of Queensland -- I half-expected him to find a way to skip the whole level! Unfortunately, he also experienced a couple of fails during this run, so I fully expect him to put up an even better one soon. For now, enjoy Alice: Madness Abridged.
