25 Days of Multiverse #2
Dec. 2nd, 2013 09:17 pmToday is something a little different -- your first look at fic from the Pern Crash AU that keeps poking me! :D And from Moonlight's perspective, no less:
( Second Day )
Day of preparation, mostly -- I'm heading up to CCRI for my class tomorrow, which requires an early wake-up time. Bleeh. But that's the sacrifices you make. I'll survive -- and it's only for three days this week and three days next week. And hopefully it'll all be worth it in the name of gainful employment. At any rate, I did the vacuuming a day early (usually do it on Tuesdays, switching to Mondays for this week and next), helped hang up the laundry, went to the bank so I'd have cash to buy my next 15-ride pass, packed up my backpack -- I'm basically good to go. And I finally got my Discworld books today (I ordered some before Thanksgiving), so I can start on "Going Postal" on the bus ride in. If I'm awake enough, of course. :P
On a sadder note --
mallowhallow seems to have officially died. We've gone a month with no activity, and -- yeah. I did try to get things going before, but I just don't think the comm was holding anyone's interest anymore. :( I've put up a farewell message and officially taken Victor out. It was a good, if short, run, and I did have a lot of fun while I was there. I just wish I'd been able to get the comm to hold people's attention better. *sigh* Live and learn. (Sorry, Moose, that we never really did get that sleepover -- Victor really appreciates that Pinkie contacted him after that nightmare about Bumby.) I'll probably just keep him to memes for now -- after all my free time's going to be a bit curtailed at the moment.
Anyway -- have tags to answer on tumblr, and bed to get ready for -- night all!
