WHY WON'T YOU STAY FREE OF MONSTERS FOR FIVE MINUTES?!

Seriously -- EVERY TIME I free Nightsbane Tower, the next morning it's been retaken! I'm honestly getting sick of it! I understand the point of the game "recapturing" certain areas -- it's so you can get more gold after you reclear them. But damn it, why always THAT one?! Granted, I had to take back the pre-water-temple ruins this time too, but still. . . My character is going to end up so overleveled for all his opponents at this rate. . . I'm almost at Level 13, and I have done some EPIC takedowns. There's nothing like an excellent cascade to get the blood running -- except when you get a bunch of enchanted symbols queued up and bring the pain on the end of your turn. :)

Nothing else much to say, game-wise. Hearthstone was a double loss with Anduin; still no new Dragons to report on in DragonVale. I THOUGHT I was getting a Shadow later on, but it turns out an Ooze is a similar time frame -- just 24 minutes more. Meh. Also didn't get into Sims 4 CAS, but I blame that on doing the vacuuming and such this morning. Between that and a walk, I just didn't feel like I had the time.

Story-wise: Chapter 4 of "In The Land of the Dead" is up! We've entered the era of the games themselves, and Lizzie has met Bonejangles! Next chapter I break out the backstory and start forming a friendship. Hopefully all will go well!
