DragonVale Is Being Stingy Again

I've been having to make up rose shortfalls with gems -- fortunately not too many, but it's still a bit annoying. Come on, game, cut me a break here! At least I'm on-track for getting the first Thorn dragon soon. This weekend's pretty much guaranteed to be a double, so I should grab the egg and the Path of Petals easily. Then it's just a matter of seeing if it's possible to get enough for both the second Thorn and the omni-habitat. Hmmmm. . .

Nothing much to report today, beyond unexpected snow getting me down. It didn't amount to anything -- just a dusting -- but today was just supposed to be cloudy. I am so sick of this white stuff. . .and we're supposed to get more tomorrow night, with the potential for a bad storm on Saturday/Sunday. Meeeeh. *wants to cancel the rest of February*

One bright spot in all this gloom, though -- Raising Steam :) Yeah, like I'm not going to enjoy a Pratchett book at this point. . .it's great to see Moist again, though. And him with Adora Belle now that they're actually married. Yay~ And he's just been heroic and there's all these callbacks to older books and it's just interesting to read simply for the continuity porn XD *huggles her Discworld*
