I don't know what the hell happened -- people were talking about an accident, and traffic did seem backed up on I-95 when we hit it (we took a different stretch of road out of the city) -- but whatever it was, I was an hour late coming home. And if the 5:30 Express hadn't shown up, it would have been even later.
Suffice to say, this did not do wonders for my mood. I'm just fortunate that
A) the weather was damn near perfect today -- high 70s/low 80s, sunny, and dry
B) I was still able to find the time to write and do my tumblr queues because my dashboards are quieter
I'm still pretty annoyed over it, though -- and tired, honestly. So without much more to say, I'm gonna put up my drafted replies and hit the sheets. Night all!
