Less Exciting Day

There were a few little niggles with the initial import today, but they were resolved pretty quickly, and then the rest of the day actually went by pretty fast with the usual stuff to get through. And we had a return visit from the ice cream truck to boot! :D I headed down and got myself a fudge bar -- very tasty and only 100 calories, so I was able to have dessert (homemade shake) tonight (usually if I have ice cream in the middle of the day I skip it in the evening, because balance). Good thing too, since it was another hot and muggy one -- we're either still in or just out of a heat wave, in fact. I've been doing all my walking in the mornings and evenings to avoid having to be a sweaty mess at work.

Things have been pretty quiet at home too -- tumblr's almost darn near silent, which at least made catching up with stuff and doing my queues pretty fast. I guess most people are either prepping for school or trying to enjoy the last days of summer (at least if they're in the US -- can't speak for other countries). All right by me; I need a quiet night sometimes.

All right, time to do some final replies, throw one last thing in my personal queue, then head to bed. Night all!
