Chilly As Fuck Monday
Oct. 19th, 2015 10:54 pmI will not apologize for the expletive in the title, IT WAS 25 DEGREES F THIS MORNING. I had to pull out all my winter gear! Fortunately it's supposed to warm up for midweek -- just in time for BTTF Day and Doc's birthday, in fact -- but still! What the hell, weather? Oh, this is not a good sign for what's coming, is it. . .
Work went pretty well -- got a bunch more schools imported for CAP, will continue with that as the week goes on. I somehow managed to max my DragonVale candy total for yesterday at the last possible moment, but tonight's haul is looking -- thin. I just hope I get enough for the dragons. . . I'd love to have the spooky habitat too, but concentrating on what's most important here. Wrote some more on Chapter 20, got Alice into Ward One. I'm playing with bold and italics a bit with some sections to emphasize her disjointed state of mind -- nothing that'll make it unreadable, but I think it produces a pretty cool effect. And I just finished up tumblr RP queues. Fortunately, there's not much happening on DW at all, so I can just post one reply there and go. AND, thanks to that meaning a slow lunch hour, I got Doc's party all set up for the 22nd! So that's good. :)
So yeah, a pretty productive day overall -- I guess that makes up for my laziness yesterday. :P At any rate, I have to catch up on a couple of last things, then hit the sheets. Night all!
