Ah yes, the day where it all wraps up -- where we say goodbye to the DeLorean (until the Telltale Game brings it back with magic lightning) but hello to the Jules Verne Train! Seriously, someone make a proper version of this -- LEGO, you've got BTTF rights and a potential design from fans, let's do this! Also, timeline is finally restored to one-degree-off-normal-but-it's-better-for-everyone-so-that's-all-right (aka the 1985 at the end of the first movie). And that is where we shall leave Backie goodness for now. . .
Finished off the Back In Time documentary today -- we did get to see the Secret Cinema folks! The mini-Hill Valley they created to show off the movie was amazing and I wish I lived in England at the time they did it, because seriously. Would have gone in a heartbeat. *sigh* But it was great seeing all the fans doing their fan thing, showing off their cars and their inspirations and their hoverboards (w000t) -- one guy proposed to his girlfriend at their first DeLorean Car Show! And got sung to by Harry Waters Jr, aka Marvin Berry! Now isn't that something? :) "Rick and Morty" guy can go to hell though (yes, it's all right to not like the sequels, but who says they outright suck in a fan documentary?).
Work was unimaginative -- just getting stuff ready for mailing purposes, mostly. And then it's back to checking for duplicates in our database from the schools. . .fairly dull work, but at least the time goes by. I haven't been able to do any writing yet today -- hoping to sneak in something, but I've got another "description dump" to take care of, and it's looking like I need to watch some of Helloween's LP to refresh my memory of what happens at the very beginning of the stage. Maybe I can fit that in tonight. . .or maybe I can try to see if I can watch some tomorrow? I do have plans to get on the elliptical. . .we'll see what happens. I want to get started in earnest on the Dollhouse chapters, so I can finally get this rewrite finished and move onto actual NEW story.
