Rather Low-Key Tuesday
May. 31st, 2016 11:01 pmWork wasn't too crazy, like I feared it would be -- we did our weekly reports, I did GL and a little CAP stuff, and then spent the afternoon sorting the mail we got in. Nothing too strenuous, yet not tedious enough to bore me. So that's good.
Tumblr queues are manageable, and I don't have a lot going on on DW at the moment -- really should finally join Nexus_Sages. The old Nexus comm is basically dead, and I should get the gang out once in a while. Remind me to do that this weekend. Not like that permissions meme they ask you to do is all that strenuous. . . I'm just too easily distracted by videos and the like on the weekends.
Got some more done on "In The Land of the Dead's" freshly-edited Chapter 1 -- paring down a lot of unnecessary exposition and the like. I'm not 100% certain it'll be ready for posting this Friday, but there's a chance. We'll see how it's looking tomorrow.
Weather was lovely, if rather hot near the middle of the day -- glad I wore something light! Tomorrow's supposed to be less humid and cooler, though still mid-70s. I will gladly take this. :) Gotta cherish it while it's here! You never know what the winter will be like. . .
Anyway, got one last message to post, then it'll be time to hit the sheets. Night all!
