*deeep sigh*
Nov. 29th, 2016 11:23 pmWelp, right after my post last night, I went downstairs to brush my teeth and got a nasty splinter in my thumb that required twenty minutes of poking around to remove. >.< And then today I ended up spending the afternoon totally alone at work because:
-->My supervisor took a personal day to help her husband with a trip
-->One of my coworkers is out on medical leave
-->Another coworker just doesn't work Tuesdays
-->And the third that showed up had to leave early for a family emergency
Which meant that I had to stay until 4:30 instead of leaving at four. . .and then I got caught up in some miserable traffic because it was absolutely pouring most of the day. . .which led to water leakage in our cellar, joy. And I just had to do a full chapter reupload on FF.net to fix one darn little typo because that site is evil and the chapter in question had JUST aged out. *face in hands* Just ugh.
Welp, at least I a) still managed to get some decent driving done, including driving home in the rain! b) got some more edited on Chapter 7 of "Remembering You" and c) did Forgotten's queue with little trouble. Now I just have to answer two last tags and then it's bed. Late again, but that just fits in with the rest of the day. Night all.
