One Project Down!

Got those e-mail addresses cleaned up -- and I got two new lists created for the e-mail that's going out next week, so yay there. I'm also most of the way through my mailing databases, so that's good. I can finish those on up tomorrow, I believe, and just do lots and lots of mail merging until everything is settled. Gonna be a busy day, but I guess that makes the three-day weekend on the other side all the sweeter.

Coming home was a bit of a nightmare -- traffic was pretty thick, and we ran into a situation where one lady was DETERMINED to get in front of us while everyone was merging onto the highway, and Dad was equally determined not to let her. . .tense moment, let me tell you! She eventually won when we basically ran out of space and HAD to let her go ahead of us. Ugh, I really hate RI drivers sometimes. But we got home safely and had nice beef stew, so that was good.

Got some more written on "Fixing You" -- the section where Victor and Alice attend a Hatter tea party in his domain. Victor ends up eating a dessert snail, to Alice's shock. XD Also got a bit more done on my VictorLuvsAlice queue (easy to catch up on the dash today -- largely dead to my surprise), and watched some videos -- a cool one from the OutsideXBox/Xtra team about what video-game-related tattoos they'd get if it wasn't such a permanent, jabby commitment; and a few video game reviews from a guy I found while looking up SimTown stuff (my very first Sims-related game; I was feeling nostalgic and wanted to see if anyone else remembered it). So a fairly relaxed, nice evening, I gotta say.
