*Docs have set up a tent with blankets and are huddling under there with the Martys and Jennifers and a space heater of some sort* Careful, don't burn the house down.
-D: We've got the situation under control, don't worry.-
-M: *roasting marshmallow over it* Yeah, we're good Vic.-
Glad to hear it. It's chilly here, folks -- 17 degrees with the windchill when I headed to work this morning. Luckily it's supposed to warm back up over the weekend.
-VD: Good. I don't like feeling as if parts of my body are going to freeze off.-
-RPD: Yet another advantage of being dead.-
-TD: Yes, lord your incoporality over us. Perhaps we won't finish that ressurection machine for you.-
-RPD: Well, there's plenty of disadvantages. *eyes HatterDoc's tea* I rather miss eating. . .-
-HD: Don't worry, we'll have you right soon.-
That's very nice of you guys, to build something to bring him back now that Aaron's gone to piss up a rope.
-VD2: Still pissed about that?-
He's such an emo kid. *grumblemutter* I just wish I had a clearer picture of what the hell happened between him and Blind Spot. God knows where the latter is anyway. *sigh* Is there one fandom free of wank? Even Girl Genius had a recent mini-reader mutiny (a good number of people were getting sick of Lucrezia -- though she's gone now, yay!)
-VM: I thought you loved wank. You like Harry Potter, don't you?-
Okay, okay, so I read sporkings. . . .
Had a good day Simming today -- dropped in on the Hill Valley McFlys. Yes, Dave and Linda are still there. Really, do we honestly think I'm ever going to move them out?
Day started out pretty normal -- socializing and taking turns in the bathrooms. Linda gossiped about Gertrude Tannen, which I found amusing.

Lorraine approves of Marty's rocking -- reminds her of the Enchantment Under the Sea Dance, perhaps?
-M: I hope not!-

George and Lorraine discussed world events over breakfast while their kids earned skills.

Then Lorraine did some skilling herself before work.

Being a Saturday, she was the only one who had to go anywhere. Linda called up Amin Sims and made proper friends while the boys skilled and chilled.

Then Marty decided to throw a party to stregthen some of his lower friendships. While he was doing that, Toby Baines walked by. Linda went out to greet him and indulge in a little chit-chat.

Then -- Party time! Marty invited Doc, Maggie, Ricky, Meadow, and Ivy. Maggie started entertaining everyone with music while Marty chatted up Meadow and Linda and Toby looked on.

Toby left just as Gertrude came by to steal the paper. Marty and Meadow took a moment to loudly berate her.

Then it's around the garage to chat up friends, paying particular attention to Maggie. Though gossiping about Will? My Sims are weird.

Dave assists with the party score by best-friending Ivy -- Marty follows suit shortly after.

The gang eventually spreads out, grabbing chips from the fride and finding fun activities. Doc watches Meadow play SSX3, while George disapproves of Ricky practically murdering Marty's guitar.

Marty goes over to visit and share a tickle, then goes back to chatting up sci-fi geek Ivy.

Doc entertains on piano.

The party ends as a Good Time -- a happy Marty gives his very low Creativity friend a tip anyway. Lorraine arrives home about this time, AGAIN with Milton in tow. She immediately says goodbye and heads for the tub.

Marty and Linda discuss the party over lunch -- perhaps Linda thinks Marty should be a party planner and do weddings?

Dave's aspiration is getting low, so I spend some money. He approves of the Ming vase.

As the day grows shorter, we have another fortitious walk-by -- Goldie Wilson! Linda actually runs out to greet him and chat. They really have a thing going! (Scandal in the mayor's office!) Apparently they're excited for the new EP too. Wow, the weather interest is actually going to make SENSE now.

As night falls, Lorraine maxes out her body -- she's due for a promotion soon now! :)

We end on a stray cat and the stinky skunk -- and me thinking, "Oh crap, I meant to get them a parrot!" The McFlys have a birdie you see. Next time.

Okay, time to get to work writing -- I have a vague idea for the
backtothefanfic challenge story, and I'm gonna rewrite the Christmas prompt so you can tell who the heck's talking -- even I didn't really know before.
-D: And finish the "Time Mix-Up" page.-
That too. Lots to do, lots to do. . . . At least the Christmas picture is coming along ok.
-OD: Still need to fit the last three of us in there.-
I'll figure out something.
