It's Been An Annoying Week

crossover_chickWork sucks and my period sucks. That is all.
-D: You'll have to excuse her, everyone. She's had a bit of a rough day.-
Oh, a bit doesn't really describe it. I am SO sick of that one fucking coworker -- and then that one woman coming in right when I was SUPPOSED to leave with a crapload of stuff and a bunch of other fucktards following her. . . .
*sigh* I'm okay, really. It's just -- I am sick and tired of constantly worrying on Fridays if I'm going to be stranded at work. And it doesn't help that I'm on the rag and thus more hormonal and shit than usual.
-HD: *very cautiously slides over a teacup*-
*slides it back* I appreciate the thought, but I really don't like tea.
-HD: *slides it back* Dump it on something then. Makes ME feel better.-
*snort* . . . *dumps tea in saucer*

Yeah, I know. Though I feel better after getting a nice big soft-serve chocolate cone with sprinkles at Friendly's. I swear, that place owns my soul. The Ben and Jerry's Smore's ice cream tonight helped too.
-OD: Ice cream cures all ills, eh?-
Well, I was planning on the Friendly's cone even before I had a day from pretty-much-hell.
Anyway. Did a lot of lazing around online once I got home. Checked on the Rift, not much happening. Though Rose is in a bad way. :( Clockwork and I both want to go comfort her, poor thing.
-RPD: *patpats* She's got good friends. She'll make it through.-
I know, but still. I'm thinking of making a new thread with Doc for play purposes too. Dunno if he'll just be in the lobby of the hotel or actually outside. Let me think about it for a while.
-RPM: Need him to meet new people?-
He likes his current gang, but yeah, nice to rp with some other players too.
-TD: How's the fanfic?-
-DW: Still primarily focused on "From the Ashes Reborn?"-
Yeah, got a page on that just now. It's a little slow now, but hopefully I can turn that around. And I got five pages on "There's Always Tomorrow," so there is that.
-OD: *pleased* Good to hear.-
Yeah, we're finally getting into the movie plot, yayz.
-VD: You haven't watched the movies themselves in a while, have you?-
Not really. Should do that soon. I'm already scheduling time for week after next for Part I. July 3rd, everyone. :D
-HD: At least watch something funny. You're drowning in angst, and it's not good.-
I do feel in the mood for some good MST3K. Who wants to go to YouTube with me?
