Yay, People Are Around

Movie-thread's getting some steam now. Still missing a person, but as J.D.'s mun is currently missing power. . . .
-D: You were right to expect this to be slowtimed, weren't you?-
Yeah, though I thought it was going to be because of angsty stuff, not hurricanes! *wishes there was a way to slap them*
-RPD: Still, the others have shown up, which means some action again.-
Yeah, it's nice. Getting some introductions out of the way at the moment. Aubrey and Farley know each other a bit, of course, and Farley knows Revan and JD, but otherwise it's a lot of new people. Especially with Andrew and Piper coming along for the ride.
-VD: That has to be a little awkward, though.-
-HD: Nonsense! Meeting new people--
-VD: I mean with Andrew's name.-
-HD: Wha -- OOOH, right.-
Eh, yeah. Doc just asked if he could call Andrew "Andy." He tries, but he can't really say the name without a small flinch.
-VD2: It happens. I don't particularly like having to call anyone Glenda. Not that it's happened yet, but. . . .-
-OD: Same with us and "Stanley." *tentacles nodnod*-
Aawww. *patpat*
Anyway, not much else happening. Been working some on "Boy Genius," hoping to get that up soon.
-TD: And then I get a proper info page too.-
Exactly. And biographies.
-TD: Cool!-
And I'm probably going to join
justprompts, given I've been writing some stuff based on the prompts.
-DW: Good, more inspiration means more plotbunnies.-
-M: Just don't forget about us.-
Of course not. I'm still working steadily on "There's Always Tomorrow," and next up is another NonTrilogy. Hell, yesterday I did some work on "When Worlds Collide." Thinking finishing that off is going to be my unofficial NaNo this year.
-MF: That fic is a monster.-
I know. But it's all good, mildly-cracky, non-canon fun.
-M2: With Jack involved???-
Well, the end sequence will end with him getting his ass kicked six ways to Sunday in one form or fashion. . . .
