More Thoughts On Alice

crossover_chickI've just passed Royal Rage and Battle Royale in the game -- getting close to the end, here. Queensland is absolutely DISGUSTING once you start really looking at it. Those fleshy bricks -- bleck. However, we're soon to destroy the Queen, so it's all good. My observations:
-->There's more secrets I've discovered: A Darkened Looking Glass and a Ragebox are both hidden on the "cliffs" in Battle Royale. I managed to grab both, which was nice.
-->Royal Rage has a rather weird "WTF" thing -- there's a little ledge with a campfire jutting out of the lava. You can see it if you hang around post-Jabberwock fight. Damned if I know why it's there.
-->I never actually linked to the screencap playthrough I've been reading off and on, did I? Screencappery -- American McGee's Alice It's been a boon of finding out neat stuff and locating secrets. However, I need to point out a small error in the Royal Rage portion. In that section, the guy says that you can't get Jabberwock to fall over the edge and into the lava.
It's a bit hard to see, but that's the Jabberwock going through his death throes down there. Granted, this may be a side effect of his death animation (ffwf's Jabberwock died on top of the bridge and ended up floating in midair), but hey, he's still over the side!

:p I dunno about that, I nearly killed Alice in the process. Damn thing was WAAAY too close when I hit him with the blast. (Preferable to him constantly jumping on TOP of me, of course)
Not much else to say -- movie tomorrow, so that'll be fun. :) In the meantime, I've been watching a lot of old Nostalgia Critic. (The Nickeolodeon stuff, if you're wondering.) Yeah, not much happening here.
