For Victor, I think it depends a bit on what exactly causes him to Catalyze - if he's at all reacting to what happened to Emily, then Klagen is a perfectly reasonable possibility (I didn't see that you mentioned whether these exercise was for the 'Secundus' versions of the character specifically - if so, the above might not apply, since Victor & Emily's interactions there are . . . somewhat different).
Also, I suspect we're going to see Hoffnung!Doc in Part III of The Game, and furthermore, watching some walk-throughs I suspect we've already been told how it's going to happen.
