crossover_chickLinkara's faces when he's forced to endure a really crappy comic. This guy can pull off some hilarious facial expressions. And when you're dealing with the idiocy of the "satire" Marville. . .let me put it this way -- when starting this one, he crawls into frame clutching a bottle of alcohol. Obviously this one hurts him. *pats Linkara* It'll be okay -- oh, wait, no it won't. Next week is apparently a Miller Time episode. (Linkara, why must I find your pain so hilarious?)
Not much else to mention -- I spent my $25 gift certificate to a local bookstore today. Got myself three new Discworld books!
The three AFTER the one that comes next in the series.
Yes, I know I could probably still just start reading the one after Carpe Jugulum, it's not a strict order -- but there is a rough continuity here, and I do want to read this in order. Besides, I miss Granny Weatherwax and the witches. No offense, Sam Vimes.
-HD: Ah, but will anything live up to the Bursar surfing in The Last Continent?-
Probably not, but I think I'll enjoy the book anyway. :p I'm gonna see if I can put my Amazon gift card to good use when it comes to that. In the meantime, though, it's quiet everywhere and I'm all caught up on RPing at the moment, so more Helloween!
