First Day of Getting Up Early Again

Not too bad -- I'm a little groggy, admittedly, but I managed to avoid too much zombiism. Zombism? I'm not sure how you spell it. And better to get the worst of the sleep deprivation over with now, really.

Not too much to report on today -- Butterfly Boy and his Alice continue to be fluffy on tumblr, which I enjoy. Though poor Forgotten Vows is getting no play at all for long stretches. . .all the old guard have vanished. *sigh* At least he gets plenty of attention in fic lately. I also played Sims: Have a McFly update. No Marty birthday, BUT there was a mall trip and a surprise visitor.

Also, I plan to start posting the 14 Sins & Virtues soon -- maybe even tomorrow! I've got pairs done for almost all the fandoms -- I just need a sin for the "Hot Fuzz" transplant, then stories to line up with the "Ghostbusters" transplant. And I think I already have an idea for one. . .

Before I forget (again), I have a link for you. I don't know if you remember but I'd mentioned a version of Alice in Wonderland from 1985 that's like my favorite version of Alice ever. It stars Natalie Gregory as Alice, Red Buttons as the White Rabbit, Ringo Starr as the Mock Turtle, Sammy Davis Jr. as the Caterpillar/Father William. A kind and awesome soul on YouTube has uploaded both parts of the movie. It starts here (http://youtu.be/LgaakhgbL9s) and both movies are 10 parts. It's a bit cheesy but the songs are catchy (my particular favorites are "You Are Old Father William" [in part 4/10], "Nonsense" [in part 9/10], "Queen Alice" [in Through the Looking Glass part 9/10] and "Alice, Do You Hear Us?" [in Through the Looking Glass part 10/10] and that one you might need tissues).

I figured if you aren't doing anything and haven't seen this version before, you could check it out. I need to get those movies on DVD at some point; I have the videos but they're in a box somewhere.

Ahhh, neat! Yeah, that's the all-star version, huh? I'll probably poke at it at some point, see how it is. Sounds like fun, anyway. :)
